I do my best to note any visible cracks, chips or scratches but like most vintage or thrifted items, they will show some degree of normal wear, including color, general appearance or odor.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have before purchasing an item but because I sell vintage items, I do not offer replacements or accept returns.

From a small pin to a large glass vase, I pack every item with great care. But in the event something arrives damaged, please contact me right away and save the packaging. I will need at least ten pictures of the box and damaged item to file a claim with the shipping company.
